My treatments are available at Samye Foundation Wales - Mindfulness & Well-being Centre Cardiff.

Treatments are by appointment only and are available on  Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and some Saturdays.

Please allow an extra 10 minutes for the first treatment for a confidential consultation.

Payment method

Payment by cash or bank transfer only please as I am unable to accept debit/credit card payment at this time.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling their appointment. Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a £20.00 cancellation fee. Full price of last minute cancellation.
