On-site Therapeutic Massage - 30 minute £25
Onsite massage or seated acupressure bodywork is an upper body massage focussing on back, neck, shoulders, head, arms and hands. The client sits in a comfortable chair, fully clothed, no oils are used and it lasts between 20 to 30 minutes while I work on important acupressure points on the body. This type of massage suits everyone and can be carried out in offices, exhibitions, conference centres and any work environment - in fact just about anywhere to both relax and revitalise!
The seated acupressure routine has been designed the use
of a large number of the acupressure points, as well as stretches and joint
mobilizations therefore it will be an uplifting, revitalizing experience to the
receiver. The sequence promotes a sense of well-being because muscles relax,
nerve responses are stimulated, blood circulation is increased etc.
Due to this
stimulating effect regular treatment will help to keep body in peak
condition.
